Installation de podman sur centos8

podman remplace docker sous rhel8: cf https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/working-linux-containers-rhel-8-podman-image-builder-and-web-console , https://podman.io/

Installation:

 $ sudo dnf install @container-tools
